Fault cause analysis: Through the analysis of the faulty bearing, it was found that the main reason was the fatigue wear of the bearing caused by long-term operation, coupled with the high load on the production line exceeding the rated load of the bearing, which accelerated the damage of the bearing. In addition, poor lubrication is also an important factor leading to bearing failure. The performance of lubricating grease decreases and is not replenished in a timely manner, resulting in excessive frictional heat generated during the operation of the bearing. Solution: In response to the above issues, we have replaced the deep groove ball bearings with higher load-bearing capacity and optimized the lubrication system. We regularly replenish the lubricating grease to ensure that the bearings are always in good lubrication condition.
